TOMMY & MERYL’S LAID-BACK LOCAL ELOPEMENT

Tommy and Meryl’s local elopement may have been low-key, but boy did it look the business and have all the feels.

Partners for 15 years, Tommy and Meryl decided it was time to make things official. They gathered their best friends and their dog, Otis, at a pet-friendly park in Sydney’s Inner-West, featuring an incredible old Spanish-style monument which created the perfect backdrop for their ceremony (complete with built-in signing table).

While celebrant Andrea Calodolce set up, their friends looked after Otis and the Best Man dashed home for forgotten rings, photographer Martine Payne took the couple for a stroll (and a spin) through the local streets for their portraits.

Tommy and Meryl’s ceremony was a nostalgic look back on their relationship and expressed their gratitude for finding each other and for the beautiful life they have created together.

After the ceremony Otis was dropped back home before the party headed to their favourite restaurant, Totti’s Rozelle, for a celebratory lunch.
